Power Reformer

This is our standard workout.  This class incorporates all the lengthening and strengthening that we all expect from pilates with the modern addition of cardio blasts.  This class gives you a great one two punch ensuring you get everything you need in workout. If you are into body chiseling and pure reformer, you’ll love our Power class - designed to make those muscles shake with slow and strengthening movements on our reformers.

Reformer Basics

Reformer Basics is designed for everyone, whether you may be new to the world of Pilates or even a veteran. In this class you will learn how to work with your machine and be educated on the proper techniques all while seriously challenging your body. We provide beginner to intermediate movement with clear instruction to give you the best Pilates workout in town.

 

Jump Board Reformer

Pilates Jump Board Classes utilize the reformer and an attached jump board launching you into an exhilarating high energy aerobic workout. The jump board works you from head to toe sculpting and shaping your legs, constantly working and stabilizing your core, increasing your heart rate and all without harsh impact on your joints; what more could you want?!

Stretch

This class will start by gently waking up muscles and then lengthening them out with deep stretches on the reformer. Stretch classes will be dimly lit and gentle, you can expect to leave fully stretched and relaxed.

Private Reformer

If you’re wanting to try out Pilates but are nervous because you have never done anything like this before then this one-on-one private reformer session is just right for you.  We will go over any injuries you may have as well as give you alternatives while getting you acquainted with the reformer and feeling confident and a little bad ass and ready to join our regular power reformer class.

Semi Private Reformer

Up to three clients with one instructor. You and your friends define the schedule while your instructor plans classes to meet each client’s workout level and goals.
